Jeezy seems to be convinced that his estranged wife Jeannie Mai is using their daughter against him during their ongoing divorce battle.

According to a report The Blast published on Wednesday, May 15, the Georgia native's legal team filed a motion to "vacate, or in the alternative, modify the Mediated Agreement on Temporary issues" that's currently in place. The agreement guarantees a set schedule for Jeezy to see his young daughter Monaco while he finalizes his divorce from Mai. However, he claimed Mai isn't fulfilling the terms of their agreement. He alleged Mai is using their daughter as leverage to get him to give in to her demands.

"Unfortunately, the Respondent is weaponizing Petitioner's love for the parties' minor child against him in hope that he will concede to Respondent's unrealistic and erratic demands," the legal documents said.

The motion was filed weeks after Jeannie Mai accused Jeezy of physically and verbally abusing her during the course of their marriage. Mai listed several instances where Jeezy allegedly insulted her, hit her in the face and pushed her down a flight of stairs. She also included an allegation of child neglect. Jeezy issued a statement and denied all the accusations.

"The allegations are not only false, but also deeply disturbing, especially coming from someone I loved," he said. "This malicious attempt to tarnish my character and disrupt my family is ridiculous. It's disheartening to witness the manipulation and deceit at play and at this time my main concern is being an active father to our daughter as I continue to fight for court mandated joint custody. Rest assured, the truth will prevail through the proper legal channels"

Jeezy filed for divorce from Jeannie Mai last September. He's also fighting for primary custody of their daughter.
